About the event

This ride is for Families. All children must be accompanied by parents/guardians.

Tamariki 8 years old and above can bring their own bikes. Adults can bring their own e-bikes, traditional bikes or borrow from our Ebike fleet (with child seats). Adults and children on their own bikes need to be able to ride confidently. This is a short ride of 1.8 km via cycle way and footpaths to lead us to Avalon Park where we will ride, probably around 2 km around the park, stopping for a little treasure hunt, play and BYO picnic.

We will return to Free ride with the same 1.8 km ride.

Please bring food and water for your whānau, and dress to suit weather. It can feel cooler when cycling.
